New Caledonia is known for its white sands and coral stories. Indeed, the capital Noumea keeps myth with its famous beach Anse Vata. In practice
To come to New Caledonia, you can choose from the numerous international flights serving Noumea. Know that if you are a citizens of the European Union, you will not need a visa. The Pacific Franc is the currency that circulates in New Caledonia and aligns perfectly to the Euro. You can use your credit cards everywhere.
Accommodation is expensive in the capital. However, you can find a price of 50 euros for a double room, for example in an average hotel, out of the capital. Note that many campsites as squatting places. The price of the meal is 15 to 30 euros.
You will not need any special health precautions except perhaps your mosquito repellent. On site, you can choose between Air Calédonie or bus.
